Simon M. McCrea, Ph.D is a fully licensed clinical psychologist in the State of California #29801 and  I have been employed with the  California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) as a forensic psychologist, with the Social Security Administration (SSA) as a clinical psychologist and Executive Mental Health as a clinical neuropsychologist from 2018-2022.

The California Board of Psychology issues Certification of Licensures in 2025. These certificates are often used by practicing licensed PhD/PsyD applicants/boards to determine equivalency across jurisdictions in Canada and the United States. This is for the purposes of professional mobility of credentials, determining quality of different practice  APA/CPA-accredited jurisdictions and documentation of accrued achievements since licensure.

I am interested in ethics and clinical psychology and I have written several published articles in this area.

In clinical psychology serious ethical offenses can involve fraudulent signing of forms (e.g., forging a death certificate because of a lost election), breaking of clients confidentiality for personal gain of the clinician or for reasons of external financial incentives, insurance scams, breaking into a psychologist's office and vandalism of computers, intimidation and threats from authority figures, observation of sex-offenders loafing near a Children's Centre supposedly under the care of a clinical psychologist that were not being adequately supervised by the said sexual offender (CN), faked near fatal high-speed car crashes with children inside the car, collusion in the fabrication of fake reports where a patient may have never been seen by a clinician.

Clinical psychologists are also responsible for the veracity of any reports submitted by third-parties and constituting the basis of any signed psychological report (e.g., retired firefighter/police involvement in both in fraud and bribery). Major bribery might involve the receipt of large sums of cash (usually >$50,000), home purchases through a technology giant or automobiles through provincial insurance company. For instance, a report issued in the year 2000 would have a short shelf life of about 1-2 years.

The Saskatoon Firefighters and City Police are obviously liars and they do very poor work and are merely protecting their corrupt Edmonton sycophant colleagues. I have no criminal record and I am innocent. I am not guillty and I have never committed any crime. They were bribed plain and simple. "Turn against your kin".

Ethics Vignettes

Here are a sampling of Ethical Vignettes. These are of a substantially more serious nature than that usually depicted in the Canadian Code of Ethics for Psychologists. An extended and elaborated manuscript on ethics and clinical psychology based this case study has been accepted for publication by an Australian peer-reviewed journal on biomedical and psychology ethics. Adjustors writing ethics papers is a good way to be a progressive advocate for change. However publishing ethics papers without an adequate functioning moral compass can be a liability for academic clinical psychologists. The vignettes are listed below.

Academics and Cowardice

A female child aged 3 was sexually assaulted by teachers  at Garneau Elementary School within the public elementary school system in Edmonton, Alberta. The child’s hymen in her pelvis was torn and she was bleeding from her vagina. She was picked up at that school by her father. It is not clear if she was both vaginally and anally penetrated. She was vaginally assaulted (e.g., see page 2000 plus). There were no other medical findings although oral sex violations of a child are very common in sex offenders as well. The pattern suggests significant aggression displayed by perpetrators towards a three-year-old girl. It is not uncommon for child sexual abusers of young children (or that abuser's networks/clubs) to want to take sexual hostages of a young child and that child might be threatened with retaliation (e.g., not being allowed to spend time with their mother and father or legal guardians).

There were various complaints on the University of Alberta campus at that time about an unusual and disturbing cult which happened to be very widely known. Several doctoral students were actually warned about this and had devised a clever “hand-sign” for this. Penalties for this type of sexual assault on young children are usually in the range 5-10 years in prison for teachers. Teachers generally do not do well in prison for a number of reasons and they sure do not like standardized testing.

The writer was informed by anonymous staff in Edmonton about the identities of all of the assailants. Many were quite willing to file written statements on the father’s behalf and did not believe the fabricated narrative(s) about the father.

There have been studies on this unique phenomenon in Education where teachers in some jursidictions rarely do any time for such crimes and it seems to be a uniquely Canadian phenomenon. I can think of at least two dozen [non-published] studies on this topic in this area.

For instance an old and "shifty" clinical neuropsychologist Dr. Mirna Vrbancic (MV) at Royal University Hospital at the University of Saskatchewan demonstrated (1) contempt for a court of law and (2) deliberately ignored the findings that a father's 3-year-old child was sexually assaulted by teachers (e.g., exhibits A, B and C). The father and daughter never met Dr. Mirna Vrbancic (MV). This type of unethical behavior can result in tragic consequences for children and their natural and loving families. Under such circumstances a child’s death by suicide (and attending their subsequent funerals) are catastrophic events for fathers grieving for their child. Fathers do not recover from such profound loss. Dr. Mirna Vrbancic provided  is a serious and deliberate misrepresentation of facts about a child that was clearly sexual assaulted. Pass the trash teachers will often teach young children under such  circumstances to make lewd gestures to protect the union and undermine parental authority (e.g.,  mother and father).

It is not uncommon for University Faculty under these circumstances to be promptly asked to leave an academic institution. In fact several tenured-faculty at the University of Alberta emptied out their offices and were told to leave within a very short period of time. The charges were “espousing and acting upon spiritual beliefs that were incompatible with the University of Alberta’s core values.”

Lawyers and clinical psychologists recommend that fathers and their daughters must be extremely wary of female psychologists with ideologically-driven beliefs. Such psychologists often do not follow the law, ethics and moral codes. Uncritical trusting of such clinical neuropsychologists can result in major losses such as: loss of home, car, employment, and finally spouse and daughters. "You may hear refrains to such catastrophic losses of a father these days with: “Its just delicious food" by such offending psychologists.

Fortunately there are lawyers  for fathers and daughters rights and they will provide excellent and candid advice on finding a reputable clinical psychologist for their team.

I guess as an act of clarification one could contact their supposed clinical psychology colleagues. Drs. Kleisinger, Drs. Asmundson, Drs. T. and H. Hadjistavropoulos were not at all concerned about the child that was sexually  assaulted. Because they are interested in grants at the Department of Psychology. The Department of Psychology at the University of Regina has a distinct far left-leaning socialist-unionist bias. In fact they appeared to have purposely denied the story.  Studies show that people from these types of political psychological backgrounds will almost reflexively protect such unsavory interests "no matter what". The focus is on the greater glory of the monolithic atheistic State and not individual rights and due process.

Clinical psychologists must always be mindful and  aware that they have a vested interest in always looking after vulnerable populations.

How did a fraudulently filed report mimicking the Edmonton false allegations (e.g. a Edmonton custody evaluation which was favorable to both parents) get to Saskatoon anyway? Who sent this confidential material? Were grantsmanship and major federal funding issues at issue? Because the father wasn't actually living in the City of Saskatoon at that time!  There was nothing pejorative written about the childs fathers' character in any documentation. Same with the three pornography allegations at three separate locations in the City of Regina between 2018-2022 upon the writer’s return from the United States.

The trouble is the father was 2000 miles away and so that is a major logical problem. Law is based on facts and logical reasoning and sequencing of events and not nuances and subjective unsubstantiated reports.  These senior academic clinical psychologists threatening to sue the writer. The subject matter of the sexual assault directly implicates the integrity and ethicality of themselves and their senior clinical neuropsychologist and other clinical psychologist colleagues. This will not be an effective approach. Because the story is true and would not be subject to the laws of  slander, defamation and libel.

Given the sequence of the events surrounding child's assault, the other side's narrative was very weak and in fact this matter was dismissed as non-credible and a "complete fabrication" in Edmonton by legal authorities. How exactly did the City of Saskatoon get involved in this? Maybe the faculty at the University of Saskatchewan or University of Regina wanted to obtain a grant by currying favor with the University of Alberta. Remember the father was not in Saskatoon. Remember the father was not in the City of Saskatoon. The father was found by an administrative court to be not guilty of any charges in Edmonton.

I think that personnel were eager for a conviction in Saskatoon based on a compilation of Penthouse, Oui or Playboy. Today it is the year 2025 and NOT the year 2000.

These events took place over 25 years ago! Father's whose spouses are gravely ill with life-threatening leukemia tend to (almost without exception) watch a erotica (which their priest might not like) because that spouse is seriously ill and may not be able to engage safely in sexual intercourse. Erotica is used in many medical and clinical psychological settings for the treatment of patients that are ostensibly normal and without character flaws.  As clinicians we have to remember that many geographical locations are prudish, judgemental and see any expressions of sexuality very punitively and aggressively.

Please note that under both Canadian and American law clinical psychologists submitting such serious reports of unethical conduct by one or more colleagues cannot be: blacklisted, discriminated against, be denied employment, sanctioned, censured, be denied review for tenure, unjustly or arbitrarily terminated, denied the privilege of holding grants or have assets seized or be subject to public humiiation in a small prairie town. Or have their health and life's chances seriously jeopardized by malevolent and completely falsified verbal or written statements by unethical clinical psychologists.

A word of caution: It is widely known that perpetrators that would harm a three-year-old child in such a manner as just described could be and often are very physically dangerous. It would not be uncommon for family members of a clinical psychologist to be targeted with intimidated under such circumstances.

 Example:

I guess you would have to ask a physician like  Dr. Richard E. Walker, MD (Radiologist) with Mayfair Diagnostics in Calgary Alberta for a critical developmental history. This information is usually readily available from multiple sources and so we need not focus on  only one informant. Questions to consider: Did you live with this roommate for two years while studying at the College of Arts and Sciences and the College of Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan? Did your roommate appear to be  sexually interested in adult women and were these interests sexually appropriate? How often did you engage in social activities together while living with this man in the City of Saskatoon for 2 years? Once in a while, a couple of times per year or every weekend party.

Did you complete a psychiatry rotation? Where? How much education do you have? Do you use Siemen's MRI scanners at your place of business? How much do these cost? Have you ever completed radiological evaluations for neurologists, neuroradiologists or clinical neuropsychologists? Are you aware that the developmental history for these types of disorders is highly discordant with multiple lines of empirical evidence (e.g., convergent validity). Did Dr. Walker know that almost no reputable clinician   spoken with believed a word of the slanderous Edmonton/Saskatoon story?

If you have any questions about the Ethics Vignettes please do not hesitate to contact me at simon.mccrea@protonmail.com. I will have a set of electronic well-designed learning modules available for the Ethical Vignettes and you will be provided a login password and username link.  I would like to thank the many anonymous informants in Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, Regina and Vancouver.
